Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back after contacting our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no. and request of return or exchange.
Domestic orders usually take 1-3 business days for order processing and delivery. For international orders, please allow 5-14 business days for order processing and delivery depending on your location.
To protect our customers, Third Eye™ is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical Billing and Shipping Addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed.
Third Eye™ now offers DHL Express. Please note, you will be paying for shipping only at checkout. Taxes and Duties are not calculated at checkout and you, the customer are responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties at the time of delivery. These are not calculated by Third Eye™ and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive please contact email@example.com to initiate a delivery Claim.
